Lost the ability to go

Lost the ability to go to my stuff/what’s new etc from that bar at the bottom of the iPhone screen. Just doesn’t work and the bar disappears when an icon selected all since the latest iOS update.

Is it me?

It works for me.
I would suggest a hard restart of the phone in the first instance (hold down home and power until the apple logo appears).
If that doesn't resolve then clear the Safari cache:
Settings
Scroll down and tap on Safari.
Scroll to the bottom and tap Advanced.
Tap Website Data
Scroll to the bottom and tap Remove All Website Data.
Confirm
Then restart the phone again.

Iphone 6 IOS 11.0.3
It only works if the my stuff is pressed until a dialogue box opens, then pressing 'open'.
But it should work just by pressing my stuff once, non?
