It doesn't matter whether SB is a bot or not- what matters is that posters believe it to be one and therefor regard it as an irritation or something to be ignored.
And that is the thin end of the wedge- if PH allows one bot/bot impersonator, why not others? And once real posters lose faith in the reality of others, why post? No one posts in order to inform or debate with bots.

It's the frequent deletion of posts that puzzles me about our bot friend. It makes a thread hard to follow. What's the delation all about? Obviously there's no point me asking SB as I won't get an answer that makes any sense.
