Anyone used them as been "recommended" them, but looking at the normal lot such as HSBC, Barclays etc.

I've been with Metrobank for my company account for a few years now.

Incredible customer service, excellent in-branch.

However, I'm going to have to leave them soon as I'm now based in Sheffield and the nearest branch is Milton Keynes!

Check you have branches near you, if you do - you shouldn't regret it.

I have had a business account for a few years. It's only really an overflow account where I put spare money so I don't use the branch and don't have many transactions per year. My experience in setting up the account and to date are positive though, also if you have over a certain balance in the account it's free. You don't get that with many business accounts.

I have had quite a number of clients move to MetroBank and they all seem happy.

They are opening in Birmingham soon according to a guy I see on the train platform in the mornings (who works for them)

I've been using them for about a year since moving from Cater Allen, I've been pleased with the service. They're on the ball & mobile app is good. I pay no fees - keep at least £5k in there & under 30 (I think) transactions a month.
