General Gassing

was looking at the "whats new" and I tend to see lots of posts added to General Gassing that then get moved to "P&P", due to their content being less that motoring orientated. I was thinking that would it be worth providing an intrim screen of "Are you sure this is motoring related, or would you be better adding it here...", or something similar, to try and reduce you (and your minion moderators) the task of moving postings. I guess this would only be needed in the GG page, although maybe there are others I dont see.
