New theme... AGAIN?
Discussion
Hi all,
Apologies for any bugs and issues this release originally caused! I'm told the reason it wasn't quite right at first is because our forum "builds" don't have a unique ID like a classified release would, meaning the cache isn't cleared like it normally would when you release something. So to get what it should have looked like originally you would have had to clear your cache... The dev team have now fixed this issue so all should be okay!
If you're still having issues with please let us know in here and I'll pass it on to the dev team.
Thanks!

Jack, here's the thing, if you got the the basics right i.e. just communicate and perhaps say "We're introducing a new look, please let us have any feedback as we work on it" a lot of this could be avoided.Apologies for any bugs and issues this release originally caused! When the first three comment you get are basically "It's broken does anyone know what's going on" you've probably got the basics wrong around basic customer communication.
It's free, I get it, but coming here 3 pages in isn't really how it should work

100% agree! Unfortunately there was a bit of in house communication break down, so a few people that should have known it was going live didn't, so it was as much of a surprise to me as it was to you! This won't happen again When the first three comment you get are basically "It's broken does anyone know what's going on" you've probably got the basics wrong around basic customer communication.
