This site has been running like utter st on may mac (safari) for a few weeks. every time a page is loaded it freezes and I get the rainbow icon. Not sure what you've done, but reverse it.

Third day of using Brave (for browsing PH only). Yesterday was a no go really as the phone was off most of the day. Results below are quite shocking really -

Another one here too. Happy to switch back if it gets fixed; I'm always willing to ensure a few ads to enjoy free content, but not if it ruins the page completely.

Thank you the genius’ of PH... the site has been driving me nuts, but thought it was my iPad as had just updated to iOS 12.1.1 and thought it was that..

Once I realised it was only PH, I saw it wasn’t just me.. have just installed Brave and what a difference.. properly zippy now

Same here, was driving me mad opening random threads. I'll accept ads as the price to pay for keeping things going but not to this level.

Getting a new device shortly, will download this Brave browser.

PH has quite suddenly become shockingly slow and laggy.

Sorry PH but I'm off. I've enjoyed using the forum but these past few days it's become unusable and I'm not downloading a different browser just to use your site. You won't care about me but felt I couldn't leave without mentioning it.

Just installed Brave - the difference is incredible.
PH has been pretty much unusable for me for the last couple of days, on three different devices. And it can't just be 'a Chrome problem' because all other sites are fine.

Thanks for the brave recommendation. I switched to opera browser a few weeks back as another forum I frequent had become unusable due to ads. Was working well here till a few days ago but even though opera blocks ads the site has been terrible to use.

Seems the internet in general is descending into 90% ads 10% content, I understand the need to fund it but it's getting ridiculous and ultimately self defeating with many sites turning into an unusable mess.
