Hey MitchT,

Sorry for the delay on reply - we've done a bit of an investigation our side, and anyway, some info:

- the original reason for the issue was due ASPSESSION cookies eventually filling (see top of this thread), this has been fixed and isn't an issue going forward

- we are putting a change in place soon to give a better error page, and give us an idea of how often this issue is occurring

- once we understand how prevalent it is, then we can justify doing some further investigation/work to prevent this happening

In terms of fixing your browsing experience in the meantime, the best path forward is to follow the steps outlined in this thread to clear the PH cookies.

It would be quite helpful to know too if you had a multitude of old ASPSESSION cookies in your browser before clearing them as that is the likely culprit we suspect here (you'd see them by Name as per below pic).

I couldn't work out how to find the "ASPSESSION" cookies from the comments earlier in the thread, but I've managed now thanks to the screen shot. There were loads of them and, having now deleted them, the problem has gone. Cheers!

Assuming youre using chrome and windows...

windows c:\users\yourusername\AppData\Local\Google\Chrome\User Data\Default

with chrome closed, delete cookies file. load chrome and it should work.
