Hi 300bhp/ton,

Sorry to hear this didn't work for you! We've had a look into this, and there's no issue with our mailbox configuration for (as per the screenshot) - what we can see though is that something with this email flagged it as spam, we also didn't receive anything in the subject line or message body..

At a guess I would say something hiccupped between mail servers.. I suggest you try re-sending this - if the issue persists, please let us know the time you tried re-sending it, and ideally the subject line of the email and we can look into it further.

Cheers!

I suspect you'll find it is an issue at carguru's end. We had similar issues when we migrated to office365 - can't remember for the life of me what it was though. Simple to sort, once you know which box to tick.

Is it a distribution group? By default they don't allow emails from outside the organization when created IIRC.

Verify email reports the same problem for info@pistonheads.com, and I'll put money on all the others on the 'Contact Us' page having the same problem.

Thanks folks - appreciate the input! rotate

To clarify a couple things by what I posted above.. by reviewing our mailbox configuration we had confirmed that we do allow external senders, and had tested that both emails from org domains, and other personal email accounts are received as expected.

So, given we can't repro the problem yet, we need a little more info from an affected user before our IT dept can dig into it further

I tried re-sending. The original did contain attachments, which may have been the cause. Although the bounce back message didn’t specify attachments being the issue. They were *.jpg files.

Sending without the attachments appears to be successful.

Thanks for coming back 300bhp/ton - I'll pass this on to the IT folks - hopefully they can make an update on the error message
