Paid for my advert to be listed, - payment taken - not live?

Hey, wondering if someone here could help, as i can’t get through to customer service.

I paid for my advert to go live, it says ‘not submitted’, and when I press send live, it asks for a second payment ?

I’ve already paid once so why hasn’t it gone live?

I suspect that you will need to wait until Monday to get an answer on this. Maybe worth adding a post to this thread on Monday morning to bump it to the top of the list again.

Yes tried around 30 times today, keeps going to one of two voicemails, annoyingly, 5 days now and they have my money.

I expect to have the 30 days from the day it goes live, not from 5 days ago.
