Just seeing this thread now.

@RacingPete / Pistonheads -- we'd love to work with you to resolve any issues you have. If the "trending images" feature that automatically promotes images that are popular on our network at the time is a problem, we can disable it for Pistonheads images. Feel free to email me to discuss

Also we support images much larger than 2MB for a while now -- it's just Pistonheads' text that hasn't been updated to show it (we support image uploads up to 48MB as well as video uploads upto 96MB).

Good post.

I noticed a while ago you where taking images up to 4mb, which made a big difference. 48mb is huge.

If we can tailor 'trending images' that would help the immediate problem. However still leaves the issue of only being able to upload one image at a time, which is a huge bore if trying to do a build/restoration thread. Of even just upload 2-3 images of something.

Yeah I started to use them too. Much better results posting photos on here.

There's no real update other than what I gave in the other thread. We're working on a solution with them.

thanks for the update anyway Matt, it's better to hear no progress but you're still working on it, than to assume no one is still looking at it.

Oh yeah, it’s now back to how it was. Though the spicy images no longer show up when linked from us. wink

Looks like it didn't last long though. Back to normal now. Lots of young fillies in bikinis again!

I don't see this, unless it was an advert? Is it still the same for you today?

Adverts and all were on this morning. Now they've gone again. Was on the pictures from peetee7 335d. Just looked again now and nothing there.

Trying this in FF with the FireMonkey plugin now; but does not seem to work. Would this be a browser issue?

On FF analysis which Styles are loaded, the browser doesn't list your CSS (well, the name I gave it) - so I guess it's a browser/plugin/user problem.

Thank you, that was it! I've pasted it before the last comment, then later removed the comments, which made it wonky. Now both work well.

I've asked about this before, I am still unable to view thumbsnap images on PH, no issues anywhere else, I was told that it was 'in the queue' or somesuch. All I see is a small white icon split through the middle if that makes sense.

Latest FF browser/Windows 10 on laptop.

Any advice for a computer numpty?

Ta.
