Privacy policy

Please, make it stop! Literally every single page load. iOS safari, Windows Chrome, everything. Why can’t you fix it? It’s been weeks, again. Change provider, do something. Argggh!!!!
Maybe you need to sort your device out? Or am I just lucky and never get this problem? ajprice said:
This just started happening for me. Samsung Android on Chrome
Unfortunately this wasn't a short term glitch, it's still there this morning. A slight scroll on every page*, up comes the privacy policy. I tried going to the options instead of just pressing Accept. That didn't work. Privacy Policy. On. Every. Page.Hey but at least this stops it from losing the formatting that I had before as in the 'Formatting goes weird' thread . Edit, false alarm. Losing the formatting still happens.

- *The privacy policy is coming up after around 5 seconds on every page, not kicking in when I scroll (which is what I usually do on each page)

Any update on this anyone? Feels like an echo chamber in here.
Clear cookiesClear local storage
Disable all third party extensions
It may be more pronounced since Quantcast was purchased by InMobi and they migrated us last night so there's probably something stuck in browser cache causing it.

This appears to work.
I've been saying for years it's not a PH problem it's an individual device problem. It's never affected me! I clear 'browsing data' on a daily basis, it's a habit and takes a few seconds to do.--
Thanks PH, at least people are working on it.

I'm not saying PH could possibly do something but the way I see it is you can sort/avoid it. I did read a while ago that PH have to 'force' members to log in again every 30 days due to some regulations of some sort? So maybe some people need to delete cache/cookies going back a month as opposed to a day or week.

I'd wager if you logged in to PH on your neighbors PC or phone it'll be fine! If so it cannot be a PH issue can it?

Still missing the point. *Everyone* has to deal with this; PH is the one site that we're all using that fails to do so cleanly. The only other example that gets trotted out is Mumsnet for, like, 2 days however many years ago and they fixed it.I'm not saying PH could possibly do something but the way I see it is you can sort/avoid it.
