Keep getting logged out

I keep finding I've been logged out for no apparent reason... I click on the SP&L forum in the index and get a "forbidden" message which disappears if I log in again. I go to post a reply (anywhere) and have to log in before I can do it (sometimes).

After several occurrences of this type, I come in here to post about it, and despite having only just posted a reply elsewhere (and had to log back in again to do so) I get the "Please log in" message when I try to start a new topic...

I haven't changed any browser settings, so it must be your end :)
