Safari no longer checking spelling when posting on PH

Strange one this.
I just noticed that some of my posts contain spelling errors. Then on editing, I noticed that Safari was no longer checking and fixing my spelling whilst I typed or edited a post on PH.
Previously, anything I typed incorrectly would underscore in red line and then give me the option to correct if I clicked on them. Not sure when this changed. On the Safari options, I still have all the spell checker options enabled as usual.
I have tried a few other websites, forums, and online email portals, and Safari is still highlighting any incorrect spelling. It just seems to be PH where it has stopped working.
I read as much as I could on google, and the suggestion is that the website themselves (PH in this case) have "made some code alterations to the text field" that unintentionally results in Safari no longer checking spelling automatically.
