Yep - I bought that a few weeks ago too. A bit cheesy / dated and dodgy haircuts but worth watching.

Well you've got the video, so you may as well have the car too.

He's teasing now lol, I'm sure he will post up some nice pics after his long search for a Diablo. I've seen a few and it a beautiful car.

Ooh yes - I've put down a deposit on a very clean, low mileage beauty.
It's a 1995 VT in showroom condition. Its being serviced etc before I take ownership. As soon as I do, I'll stick some pics and more details up.

Looks like P30LAM with the interior changed again, this time for the better as the pink and red was awful.

EDIT: it is the same car, although add says 1997, I recall it being a Feburary 1996 car.

Yes it was indeed P30LAM. And a great job he's done on the interior. New lightweight clutch from the Murc and the pistons on door hydraulics also - Carlo had two others a Curo Blue 2WD Diablo (note it has SE30 bumper conversion and also wheels were not originals) and another near perfect SE30. He sold all three cars within 3 weeks. The red one to me. I looked closely at all three and had them inspected. I cannot recommend him highly enough for anyone looking to buy and wanting a straight, no nonsense, honest and personable experience. And you can do a day trip to Edinburgh at a push.....

Congrats on your purchase! I looked at the car many years ago, but the interior was a real let down, but wish I had of bought it now going by the way the prices went lol. Carlo turned it into a real nice car, love the grey Alcantara now. The murci clutch conversion is fantastic, I have it on mine and makes the driving experience so much better.

I though Carlo was going to keep the Viola one for himself? Stunning car too.

Thanks and yes Carlo did say he was going to keep it but given what he's got sat in the carcoon at the back of his hangar I think it was always the case that if the price is right..... I'm new to PH and have to say Sudesh have really enjoyed watching your project evolve on the other thread! Enjoy!

Thanks for the comment and take the time to read the thread!

Got loads more to do, finished moulding new carbon wiper spoilers, still working on the door entry kick panels, need to make them allot thinner. Have the exterior door handles and speedo fascia to do next, then onto more stuff, thinking of making the rear light covers and grill in carbon, the fin in my rear spoiler and I'm going to do the air intake boxes and some other engine bay bits.

I might change the rear engine cover to the SE30 one, or possibly make a Jota SE engine cover. I'm still looking for the SE side skirts too. I found a pair but the guy wanted phone book numbers for them, I don't mind spending money, but I ain't stupid lol. I still need the SE wheels, found a company that can make something similar, so might have to go that route as I just cant find and SE rears anywhere.

Then I have the interior to address.
