Anyone ever tried this service or thought about trying it on the Diablo?

I have them booked to do my diesel van tomorrow, so will be interesting to see the results. Had half a notion of doing the same on the Diablo.

Well this is an unbiased report based on my van, which is 3.0 Iveco Daily 35S18, which is extremely well looked after and always fully serviced using the best oil and all OEM parts, plus its serviced every year regardless of mileage, it's just done 68k, and I have been having a small issue where by an EDC light will start flashing and van goes into limp mode with a 50% power cut, only happens when it was under load/towing, especially up hill. I had the van in with my local Iveco dealer to check what the issue could be, and one of their technicians reckoned it could be due to carbon build up in the manifold, engine, possible EGR sooted up, Boost pressure sensor and turbo build up, and few other things related to the same type things, according to them, it's a common problem and a big service to diagnose and clean up.

So Anyway I wrote this up on the Iveco club as I mentioned I was having the Terraclean service done.

And I quote:

Well today I had quite a long hall, 2hr drive each way, so 4hrs total and almost constant driving too. I had a transporter on tow, with a car on each way.

Now usually I only have a car on one way, and it's always guaranteed that the EDC light will come on at least a few times especially under load/acceleration and going up a hill, plus it takes about half a tank of fuel to do the run [remember 1 car on]

however today, there was no EDC light, van felt like it was pulling much better, and I still only used half a tank even though I had a load going both ways!

So unless it's just pure luck/coincidence or what ever you like to think, it would seem the Terraclean has certainly helped.
