I've been watching the market very closely the past 18 months or so. While the prices people are asking are on the up, nothing is actually selling.

certainly have risen over the last year, but the selling season hasn't started in 2015 yet - needs to get to March me thinks.

Shame that the DVLA don't record sale prices like the Land Registry do. It would reduce all the b#llsh^t!
