Hello to you all,

The car finally arrived on Friday morning and typically me I have gone right around it to check on all electrical items and see if there are any changes or improvements I plan to make. Tracker at the request of my Insurance Company was fitted yesterday by two great guys who quickly dismantled the car to show me all of the electrical runs.

First run out done with daughter to the local petrol station included a detour of ten miles at her request. The car drives like a dream, much easier than I thought it would be. Looking forward to ownership.

One request for help. The seals either side of the front windscreen which travel back to the air intakes look a little ropey. I cant even find a part number for them, but does anyone know where I can buy new and approximate cost?

Regards to you all, John

John I can echo Davo456gt on this. I have my SE30 insured as part of a portfolio of cars with Locktons. No tracker needed. extremely competitive rates and a very good service team to deal with too.

Gents,

Car arrives on 10/05, but insurance company insist on having a tracker fitted. Two tracker companies not sure if they wish to do job as they say it involves removing rear wheel to get to the battery. Any experience appreciated.

John
John - try Locktons for a quote - they did not insist on a tracker for my Diablo, even though one was already fitted - PM me, and I'll give you more details etc. Hope to see you soon at the Crown and Fastlane Show

Pace Ward also very competitive on insurance. I've not needed to have trackers fitted.
