Hi all

I work in Switzerland in the week and as I just sold my 911 have now taken the plunge on a 2005 Murcielago. Few pics attached ... I had an epic Thursday before Xmas drive back to the UK. The car performed faultless

Really impressed with it so far

Been reading the posts to get my knowledge up to speed

Thanks

Oh that is very nice indeed.

Have always liked the look of the Murcielago especially in that body/wheel colour combination.

Any chance of posting a few more pics of it on here smile

Couple more shots attached

I drove it the 1200km from CH to UK it has just passed the 30000km now it’s a one owner car with a tubi exhaust (also have std) and an upgraded Becker stereo ( also have std) it’s a flat black colour all original paintwork with the cream / black interior.

My plan is to keep as is, it doesn’t need anything as just had 20k spent on clutch and rebuilt heads after been stood for a couple of years due to the guy who bought it brand new reaching an age where he could not easily get in and out if it.

The only issue I have had is that when I changed the position of the steering wheel angle I did it with the engine running which through the abs light on ... I don’t think it’s pulled out the wire so will try a reset first and see if that is successful. I am thinking to have the outside of the wheel modified to be made thicker like the SV wheel, I am looking for a 2nd hand wheel to make the modification too but the ones around are 1k plus .

nice Murci!

unfortunately the airbag light is a dealer only reset if its the same as the Diablo - let me know how you get on - think the pin out is not standard.

Where about's are you in CH ? and are you bringing it back from the UK when you come back.
I'm around Zurich at the mo, though Diablo less at the mo.
