Not that I am buying it, nor could I afford it, but there has been a black Diablo GT for sale for what seems like ever at Forskers. Has it got a story or something?

Don't think there will be anything wrong with the car but having a P.O.A would indicate to me maybe it's the asking price

that could be the reason it's still for sale, A couple of years ago that car would be earning money while sat there so no rush to sell it, not so

sure now, would say it's more of a long term investment or bought to complete a collection. The GT is a limited edition and rare and not

to be confused with a regular Diablo not that you can call any Diablo regular . A special type of buyer is required that will pay the extra

premium for a GT, Bob Forstner is a huge Lamborghini collector and will be more than happy sitting on a GT as i don't

think he is short of a bob or two, excuse the pun. With the cost's involved in running a showroom in Park Lane it does

make for expensive storage so like all stock it does need to be sold at some time just doubt if he's in a panic

Had a good look around that car.
It's a monster and I understand that Mr Tyson also had one in black.
A rare car and Bob's in no rush to sell it wink

It’s the car he often drives to events.

Whilst some of these dealers may well be collectors, but for those that aren't how long can they realistically hold onto a car with a significant value ?

At any one time VVS must have £4m worth of lamborghinis, that is a lot of money tied up in stock !

I am guessing that 99% of the privately owned dealerships with their own cars don’t need the money, plus if the values are stable or increasing it’s a win win for them.
