Colin Clarke is similar to Mike. And only works on older cars. Recently did a bunch of work on my Jalpa.

Dave at Pangbourne loves working on the older cars too - he’s worked on my Countach. He’s much closer to me than, Mike or Colin. Seems to get parts from the factory quicker sometimes.
Sold my Espada to Colin , nice guy ,easy to deal with, After many lookers he was the only one brave enough to buy it.

Only dealing i've had with Pangbourne is buying parts, seem a helpful friendly bunch, always offered a coffee while waiting for my order.

Despite being a car salesman, and an American on YT I find that guy very engaging and likeable - his channel has some great stuff esp his ownership of a Diablo SE30 Jota

He really should be a collector like Ferruccio not a dealer, must hurt every time he sells one,

Lucky for Ferruccio he doesn't have to go through that heart ache . nono

Please can you post a photo of your flatnose? Was it RHD?
The only one I can find at the moment in Roger Clark's showroom.

Wow! Wonderful, thank you.
Found it! A11OGS for most of its life. Recently advertised on car and classic, then for sale on trade classics. Looks like it has been well looked after and still has that unique interior!!

They let them jump the queue if it's something interesting.

I remember seeing this car but can't remember where, I didn't like the interior either, the wood and red piping is doing it

no favours, Although expensive a retrim in a lighter colour ,a biscuit beige would lighten it up no end,

A guy i bought a Venturi from had a metallic green Anniversary Countach ,i remember it in the front of Portman's showroom window

thinking who ever ordered it in that colour isn't a speculator , having bought it at the top end of the market

owed him £150K , sat on it for years waiting for the market to improve saying i haven't sold it so not lost anything ,

Think he must have got fed up with waiting as he sold it for £65K only for the market to explode again very quickly ,probably

in less than a year and the value went up to £250K/£300K a repeat of 1989/90.

Another was the Diablo Spyder that was purchased from A.F,N for £ 160K that burnt the clutch out with Jeremy Clarkson taking it up

Goodwood Hill Climb for Top Gear, not a friend just someone i know who entered the car in HH Auction with a reserve of £65K and it

didn't sell, no one wanted it, He was pleased to sell it for £75K , again in a matter of months rather than years the spyders were changing

hands for £250K plus . Must be many stories like this not just on Lamborghini's.

Was that green Anni not at Amari's for a period? Supposed to look better in the flesh but I could not live with it. Seems to be doing well at 173 at the mo. I can't see it do more than 220 / 230.

I do have a guilty feeling for that naughtly Koenig 512BB. Looks pretty out there to me.

I was looking at that BB too .. looks great particularly if it included the plate! The Aventador looks good too.

Looks very much like the same Koenig BB I considered buying around 2010. It had sat for a number of years. Geoff Shiltech quoted me around £40k as a starting point to get it properly sorted. The car itself was around £40k to buy. On Geoff's advice I decided to avoid although it seems like it has had some maintenance since I presume the very large history gap would still be there.

When i was in my early 20's i would drive up to John Woodfield's Emblem Sports Cars who was the sole agent for Koenig ,

If closed i would press my sticky fingers and nose against the showroom window for a better look, got some photo's somewhere.

You would be surprised how many were there including turbo 308 GTB's,

Anything from body kits to mechanical upgrades including engine conversions to LM spec ,Turbo charging

and factory sprint pack spec for the 308's , They were definitely OTT but after all it was the 80's

Shame there's new houses now standing where the garage use to be.

Don't feel guilty you would get away with it because it's black, But somebody lower it please,

From Google
Coincidentally I was watching the 512BB ratarossa video yesterday and that has a numberplate that is the next digit to this car.
Not sure what use this information is to anyone, mind....
