The turbo is defo a huge bonus for the 720S. Should be fairly easy to remap and add a few hardware mods to get it up to 800-850bhp and 220-230mph. In a straight line, it's gonna smash absolutely everything into the middle of next week.

Thanks for the detailed reply woppum.

I guess aftermarket exhausts opens up a can of worms warranty wise.
I dont see why if you just do a back box. as far as i know dealers are happy to fit.

Personally think its fast enough. I never believe exhausts can boost power that much. MClaren would not have restricted their pipes. I know these cars are reading around 780bhp on the dynos. i have seen it.

Non McLaren back boxes? They'd fit them?

People have been talking of cat deletion and headers which is where my warranty concern is.

it's a short clip but there was multiple runs at different starting speeds and the outcome was always the same.

I appreciate that an out of warranty mclaren is a bad thing unless you have insanely deep pockets though

To be fair if you have a relationship with the Dealer they will turn a blind eye anyway, they want the warranty work anyway. - Obviously if the engine was to go pop then i would advise putting back to standard.

My old 570 had a DMS Remap and went in for a ton of warranty work without issue, I didn't even have the map removed prior to its booking.

I was wondering if it'd be possible to add more power out of the beautiful 720s, as I'd rather pay 1/2M for MY car than 300k for everyone's car... I guess a GT3 wing, aero, widebody and larger wheels would provide the car more stability for that 900hp? But would just bigger turbos make that power? I dont think so...

Maybe a supercharger included with the high psi TT setup?

Yes yes quite possibly. You might also consider a jet engine and a Flux Capacitor.

MSO will do anything you want. Why don't you Snapchat them and ask ?

Went to have a look at mine, really pleased with it, wasn't sure about the Volcano Yellow but it works really well in the flesh, set off with just the right carbon bits it makes all the details stand out nicely. It's a bumble bee. smile

Nose lift is up in these pics so it will be a bit flatter to the ground.

Roll on March!

Wow, that's no shrinking violet. Love Volcano Yellow but not sure I'm brave enough to order another yellow car. Be warned EVERYONE will look at you. The missus said it was like being in a gold fish bowl

My 650S is Tarocco Orange so I'm used to loud colours.

If I was going for a 720S that would be my colour, lovely. It's the colour of my current 570 too.
