Warehouse full of brand new 720's
Discussion
Strange to have a week or twos production in a warehouse in August, especially as Sept 1st is one of the most popular registration dates of the year....you would think the cars destined for customers on Sept 1st were made just in time ( August 31st) .......and not the weeks before (and stored safely).

Unless they are waiting to go east ,Middle east ,as already suggested. There isn't a daily service.

Apologies I was being sarcastic There isn't a daily service.
One of the cars looks to be RHD, the storage place in bang in the middle of the dealership spread in the UK ......and not at a port (where you would expect export cars to be stored). Drive past Bristol any given day and there are thousands of new cars lined up at the port.
I don't think anything odd is going on here...just normal run of the mill seasonal supply chain......it happens with Christmas decorations, turkeys, easter eggs, BBQs and winter coats etc etc etc....
In any typical year (in the UK) 5 times as many cars are sold (delivered) in September as in August - FACT
Car producers try not to vary the production month by month (if possible) therefore some months they store cars, and some months stock inventory runs low.....we are a couple weeks away from the 2nd biggest new car month of the year, inventory has built up to meet the delivery demand.

I have had a house only a couple of miles from there for over 20 years. That old airfield has been used to store cars for as long as I can remember, loads of manufacturers use it. Car transporters going to and from the M40 and M1 along the A361 are a common sight round there. Also not far from DIRFT - Daventry International Rail Freight Terminal - so is a good central point to send cars to different ports depending on final destination.Cars are here: https://goo.gl/maps/54KpBJiXH7H2
