Alexanders Prestige 570GT
Discussion
Mileage is not a big issue IMO, a car that has been driven will have all snags ironed out too. Mine gets better all the time. You see cars for sale 1 or 2 years old with 1,000 miles on the clock. I bet they haven't even been driven on a long run to see what falls off/rattles/sensor goes awry.

Of the two at Hatfield I prefer the lighter interior, think the colours go better than the dark interior car. Going down Sunday to have a look. Going by photos I can’t choose between that or Alexanders, like both of them,it might be different when seen in the flesh of course.Everything else being equal I’d go for a car which had been used, as you said it’s more likely to have had any issues ironed out. There is still a slight niggle about 3 owners in a year though, would that put you off?

I was the second owner of a '17 570S bought at 4000 miles sold back to dealer at 7000 miles all within a few months, was so happy with the 570S that bought a 720S so lots of owners doesn't necessarily mean bad, can be the opposite.paul1962 said:

Guess it depends. If one owner had the car as a stopgap while waiting for another they ordered and the second traded in for another Mac etc then no. Ask the previous owner.Everything else being equal I’d go for a car which had been used, as you said it’s more likely to have had any issues ironed out. Lighter interiors are nice, but get a dark coloured dash top and load area, the reflections on the load area will drive you nuts otherwise. A lot of the launch cars (Pacific Blue cars are mostly ex demo launch cars) had cream carpets, which is a silly idea.
Here is mine. I have added a slightly darker tint to the roof glass since these pics:

Thanks for responding. I will talk to the previous owner if the dealer will provide the info. I appreciate the reasons for sale are more important than the number of owners.Gassing Station | McLaren | Top of Page | What's New | My Stuff
