Contacted them to register my car for servicing etc, asked for price on a wiper arm, enquirer about the security alert....... was promised an email. Utter and total silence.
What’s other people’s views on McLeeds? Not going to damn them for one failed communication, but not looking good so far.

I called in a couple of weeks ago as we were passing, nice guys and good coffee. I forwarded an email to Mark (sales manager) a few days later and got a reply quickly confirming he will add my contact details onto their system and their service team were copied in. What’s other people’s views on McLeeds? Not going to damn them for one failed communication, but not looking good so far.
They did say they had service capacity (unlike dealerships down south) and would be happy to sort any issues I had.
Clearly, talking about it and doing it are entirely different, but initial communication was pretty good (as was their coffee).
