Hi, I’m brushing up on my knowledge. Other than PH and MclarenLife and the owners club (I don’t own one yet) what other forums are around? Just the three I mentioned?

Thats basically it. I assume you are talking about the Facebook forum? In which case there is a paying group and a non-paying group fyi. One is called the McLaren Owners Group and one is the McLaren Owners Club from memory. Both full of nice people. See you on there. Jag

Interesting. I didn’t know that. Maybe a bid to keep the core Mac members together?

So how do prospecting buyers find any valuable insights into owning the cars? Seems odd that only McLaren can apparently carry out any work (correct me if I'm wrong) and now owners will only talk amongst themselves irked
I can sort of understand them wanting to avoid the dross that is spoken usually by non-owners but that could be managed. As another person considering moving to McLaren next year (from Aston Martin) it's looking like a leap of faith at the moment.

What would you want to know? We have relationships with some of the McLaren dealerships and they are always happy to oblige with questions, convo's about the cars, servicing etc. Ultimately its the person rather than the dealership you could argue, but they are always helpful, useful people to speak with....

Why not ask your questions on here, or have a read of the owners reviews?

I'll happily help if I can and I'm sure others will

I must have sneaked in to the FB Mac group as I’m on that one plus Maclife and here. I find it so difficult to search single PH forums without an entire web search of everything. Maybe it’s just me being an idiot. I love reading the forums and often questions leap to mind which I will guarantee have been asked a thousand times before but I have to manually scroll through page after page on each thread. I generally don’t like asking obvious questions. Is that awful of me as I know participants here are really helpful?
So on the risk of asking a question no doubt asked before here goes. on you tube, I have watched all videos of ‘mclaren 570S spider’ filtered in multiple ways. I’ve then looked at a few related vids (drag races etc).
What’s your favourite search phrases on the spider as I am seriously tempted to buy one before Christmas and want as much info and 570s vid enjoyment as I can muster. Thanks
