Great Colour Green.
Tyres wise I would say the Corsas are best if you go with Pirelli as recommended by McLaren.
Standard P Zeros are ok for road but overheat on Track , the Trofeos are really Track only and occasional road but the Corsas are a good compromise
Better still go with Michelin Cup 2 for more track use or PS4S,

When I specced there were 2 options, one track biased, one road, I went road , whatever that is.

looks amazing
can you easily fit harnesses to the rear wall of the tub / is the prep for it there already?
They’re optional when you spec but it looks to me like there’s facility in the bulkhead by the looks, but check with dealer I guess.can you easily fit harnesses to the rear wall of the tub / is the prep for it there already?
Senna seats have you so well located I’d say harnesses only necessary if you track a lot and are a pain on the road.

Don’t be, there are only two options on ordering, standard P Zeros or Trofeo R.
There seemed to be talk of 3 options, Zeros, Corsa and Trofeo? bertie said:

3 Pirielli tyres (general options not McL specific) - I have Corsas and am now switching to Cup 2 - Corsa feels like more of a road tyre to me
So is that 4 options?Zero
Corsa
Cup2
Trofeo
More confused now
My understanding:
Pirelli P Zero - road tyre
Pirelli Corsa - sporty road tyre for occasional track use
Pirelli Trofeo R - track tyre for occasional road use
Fkn hell why people add confusion to this thread just to say their say? Ahahah
It all started between std Pirelli and Pirelli Trofeo, which are the only Mc option for 600LT.
And I was wondering also if 600LT Std Pireli are better than 570S option Pirelli Corsa.
Park Ferrari and Michelin outside. Lol
Anyone with actual experience on 600LT with Trofeo and with std Pirelli to say if the std Pirelli have any cons on the road vs Trofeo? I can see lots of cars on sale have std Pirelli and not the stickier Trofeo, which would be my natural choice even for the road (don't use the car a lot if it rains)
May need to open a dedicated thread...

All I can tell you is that with the road option it certainly isn’t lacking grip!
I think you’d struggle to get enough heat into a track tyre on the road to make a noticeable difference.
If you’re tracking it’s a different matter and you might want to go for a proper track tyre like a Yoko AO48 or Kumho Ecsta V70a

Exactly - and if you drive mostly on road, you probably have the best Pirelli option for that as it will also work in low temps or when wetDoes the rear wing get hot enough from the exhaust gasses to grill your breakfast on it
They are good looking cars - let’s hope for a nice summer
