Now that the new paint job has had four weeks to fully cure, it is having full body Xpel self-healing PPF applied. Once that has dried, a ceramic coating will be applied, and some thin orange vertical pinstripes added to the rear diffuser.

Attention to detail: Resprayed the "S" from Red to McLaren Orange to match the brake callipers and interior.

Big SHOUT OUT to Pro-Detail in Swindon. The detailing bay has some interesting LED lights.

Feeling very patriotic these days so have had new number plates made up with the Union Jack as the background.

The orange bits, the union jack... It's a nice car but you're cheapening it a bit IMO. With all due respect, sometimes you need to know when to stop tinkering.

Sometimes less is more.
I get the orange striping to try and bring in the calipers but for some it might be a bit much.

Don't get the union jack though but its your car.

Yeah, I love the paint, but that number plate just doesn't work. But then again its not my car (sadly).

Lovely colour and finish but have to agree about the number plates. I’m all for patriotism but I think it could have been done in a far more subtle and therefore classier fashion.

Not sure how a union jack could have been done any more subtly tbf. It's not as if it's plastered across the roof! I would think with the car on the ground and standing looking at it the number plate will look very subtle (unlike front to back stripes on certain italian marques ).

Overall, I think the car is fking awesome!
