I've driven 600LTS, 675LTS and a number of 720S' and own a 720S coupe.

In my opinion the 675LT and 720S are not truly comparable, and each is better than the other in a number of respects.

The 675LT is considerably more exciting and engaging. But the 720S is much quicker, and a better all round car.

However, that actually means that for my own personal type of usage (weekends and occasions, plus occasional track), the 675LTS would actually be the better car for me personally.

For a mainly road car, and especially for a daily or almost daily however, the 720S is the better car.

Interior of the 720S is considerably better too.

The holy grail will be the 765LT, which will combine both. Except that the 720S will remain the better daily, even then.
I agree with the above bar the final sentence about the 765LT being the holy grail. Personally I don't think anymore speed/performance over a 675LT is required on the road having driven both a 675LTS and a 720S.
What I want from a supercar on public roads is driver engagement and excitement and the faster and more capable a car is the less it gives you of this at sensible speeds.
TBH the 675LT is plenty fast enough let alone another 90bhp that you cant use safely. 720S is an amazingly capable car and great as a daily driver but its not really a sunny weekend toy like the LT.

I have a deposit in on a 765LTS but would actually prefer to pick up a 675LTS beforehand if the right one comes along
I'm with Waiver
The 675 is mental on the road, the 765 will be crazy.
I also have a slot for a 765LTS doubt I'll take it up though.
But cannot justify close twice the price!
Reluctantly I'm selling my 675LTS for a property deal frown

Not sure I understand your logic !!

The 675LT was designed to be a more track focussed car as is the 765LT, not predominantly a road car. The 765LT is an infinitely superior car to the 675LT.

It is precisely on track that you use what it was designed for, if only road use buy the uncompromised more modern 720s. Can’t understand how you can get more engaged on public roads ?? On track a different matter !!

There is too much emphasis on the 675LT being a better car, it isn’t but if you want to pay £80,000 extra for the exclusiveness of it then that’s fine, no doubt it is a great car but Just too many deluded 675LT owners talking them up above the 720S.

I just prefer a more focussed racey feel to my cars as weekend toys. If it was a daily driver I would take a 720S all day long but for a sunny day toy it has to be more engaging and exciting.
720S is an unbelievable car for the money so I'm not knocking it but its just not for me.Not my preferred style

I currently have a 430 Scuderia and a Lamborghini Performante and likewise I would not have a 458 or a evo for the same reasons.

A 675LT would suit me far more than a 720S whilst it might not suit others so its better for me but not neccessarily everyone else.
TBH I think the 720S is too damn good to its own detriment

Strange might need to look at settings.

I've seen your car and its a cracker at that price. Got a lot of extra's that I would like but I'm also after MSO louvres and a few other CF bits and preferrably in Napier Green or Papaya Spark Orange. Titanium silver looks good but is a bit stealth for me. Seems white ones are also cheaper presumably due to the colour ?

thumbup The CF wing louvres are a very rare option and command a premium. You can retrofit them but MSO are threatening to not supply any more. Other than that not many other CF options were available that mine doesn't have. I know where you are coming from on the colour. I wanted a Volcano Orange one but couldn't find a used one in the spec I wanted. I went with the titanium silver and added some stripping details, which AB suggested were too personal, which I understand so we took them off. The good thing about titanium silver is it does ping in the sun and can easily be modified with some vinyl as many times as you like. I put mine over the PPF to protect the paint.
Here's what it looked like with the stripping

Yeah I've only seen 2 cars with MSO louvres, 1 was carbon fibre and 1 was body coloured. I preferred the car with body coloured louvres at the time as it was napier green but that was probably more to do with the colour of the car with the carbon fibre ones which was yours ( but not mine ) favorite colour of volcano orange. I love volcano red and volcano yellow but for me the VO can look a bit too burnt orange/brown in comparison

These things are so personal because like you I think the red piping adds to your car but can see AB's argument that it wont appeal to all

Congrats ! ( or rather bugger that's another one off the market now ). If you don't mind me asking where did you pick this beauty up ? Is it the Oscar Jacobs delivery mileage car ?

Napier Green is my favorite and preferred colour along with Papaya spark orange. The search goes on but realistically I might have to compromise my MSO spec requirements before they all disappear

Thank you. It's the Optima car, 1 owner, 4600 miles, ppf from new. The interior has the green stitching which I really wanted.
Hopefully prices have firmed up now. Good luck on your search.

Very Jealous, Looks amazing. That's a real steal at that price and like you I think these are definitely at the bottom of the curve now. Ridiculous to think that car would of been fetching £400k 3 years ago.

Top 555 have a similar car for £210k but I definitely prefer your 10 spoke wheels to their's 5 spoke.
Having bought a couple of cars from them in the past they are always immaculate but there is almost a no haggle policy so no wiggle room.
That said the last px price I had with them was realistic and not low balled but I think that's because they had a customer immediately lined up for it so it was a wash and go turnaround with 2 profitable deals. Nice work if you can get it

Starting to run out of options so might have to settle on looking at the basic Oscar Jacobs one at £235k and look at retro fitting some MSO carbon thru McLaren. At least its delivery mileage so is a brand new car under list price and if I spend £30k I can probably get my desired MSO spec for circa £265k which is ok.

Thank you, I'm really pleased with the car. The spread in price is very strange, there is almost a 15%+ margin between similar cars. Personally I'd avoid delivery mileage cars as they seem to have a 20k premium which disappears as soon as you get into 1000+ miles. I like to drive my cars, as long as they're in great condition and almost there in terms of spec then go for it.

Thank you. I think I met you quite a few years ago at Bruntingthorpe or Bedford. Did you used to drive a 997 turbo? I owned a fettled 996tt at the time in polar silver. I was there with Ken from 9excellence before he opened his outfit.
