If you can live with LHD (and the LHD price levels), then you have a little more choice on the continent incl currently black (looks more like very dark blue) and grey cars
I could live with LHD as I will be using this car mostly on the continent, but RHD is preferred. If pricing is similar RHD for me.BrntRubber said:
Minimum of £16k+ VAT from D:Class. They can't start till 2023 and it will take 3 months to do.
The light bump appears to have been more than that.
"Mclaren Glasgow did the repair. They replaced the carbon sill, alloy and tyre at my request as all were scratched. No structural or mechanical damage."
Wow! Thats all change from a year or so ago.The light bump appears to have been more than that.

Maybe AB has a bit of maneuverability with D:Class.
My requested works were undertaken prior to me collecting the car; after paying for the car, it was in the same week for 2 sets of seats being completely altered to my spec along with the steering wheel; it seems inconceivable that you were quoted 10 times more for dash, door cards and centre console along with a years wait for work to commence.
Then again, in the last 12 months I know how much my quotation prices have increased, and likewise we are looking at booking in work now for March / April '23.
Regards the replacement bits; the alloy is about £3k + vat and as for the carbon side skirts, think of a crazy figure.
The front carbon spoiler with the wings is around £20k + vat new.
Rear quarter panel, labour and paint?
Expensive bump, but no doubt unrecorded.
If I was the owner I would keep hold and undertake all the remedial works I suggested and then sell.
Best of luck in your search.
On a footnote; did you contact AB as I suggested? He knows probably every 675 out there and might just source you one thats not on the market.

Not as easy to register in the UK now post Brexit. Not simply a case of driving back now, the extra paperwork makes it a real pain.cgt2 said:

Sorry I am confused. May I clarify.
"Regards the replacement bits; the alloy is about £3k + vat and as for the carbon side skirts, think of a crazy figure."
This has already been done.
"The front carbon spoiler with the wings is around £20k + vat new."
I don't believe this is needed, unless I missed something. Man I sure hope I don't scrape or damage that.

I was just commenting on your post saying that these bits were replaced along with the rear quarter and speculating what the overall repair cost may of been for a small 'bump'.Sorry I am confused. May I clarify.

I have no idea how much the carbon skirt would be but I was told the replacement price the front carbon spoiler was by a dealer principle as another 675 owner damaged theirs and had to replace it.
Hopefully that clears my post up!

Won the auction.
I hope I didn't overpay.
A few things in my mind pushed me beyond my preset limits:
1) Knowing the grey car at Dunt Barn sold on Sat within 1 hour at an asking of £240k
2) I think this is the only single owner black car with low miles in the UK. I love black
3) Never tracked
4) My first auction... The stress and fear of missing out and the market moving on again in the buildup to summer might price me out as I don't want to be paying £250k plus for one.
I hope I didn't overpay.

Well done!! - I was watching, quite a bit of bidding last minute..
Hope it all goes to plan, I was quite shocked at some of the prices reached on the other lots (997 gt3 / 812 sf / diablo roadster) - still a very strong market out there...
Nice car though - can't go wrong with a 675lt spyder.

If you were still planning on doing alterations to your own spec, even if you spent £20k your still well ahead of current prices.
I love mines, and I still feel as though prices of these shall start with a 3 in the not too distant future.
If you are coming up to collect, give me a shout and I shall meet you with mines and grab lunch at the Old Course! I am around 25 mins from the stated location.

May I ask how you suggest refinishing the wheels? If you were still planning on doing alterations to your own spec, even if you spent £20k your still well ahead of current prices.

I was thinking of doing the centers/spokes in bodycolour snd leaving the lip in a diamond cut finish.
