Having now tried both the Senna and P1 seats I’d be happy with either, Senna’s look better but P1’s easier to live with.

I do fancy as much exposed carbon as possible, been holding fire waiting to see if a Sequoia Borealis that was possibly being sold materialised but now looking unlikely.

Trouble is the longer I wait and see that none of the cars seem to be shifting the more I’m inclined to wait and see if prices drop over the coming weeks.
I was at my Mac dealer today.

5 x 600lts for sale; 3 spiders 2 coupes.

Another 2 cars at the side had plates on them so I am guessing customers cars.

I am guessing the 2 year deal cars are reappearing.

Not seen it like that since pre covid.

It made the 2 x 570s for sale look like the rarer car.

They said they were still selling cars at an alarming rate though.

Senna seats are the much better seat.

Functionally they are very comfortable over long distances, on another level compared to other seats when tracking the car and save something like over 20kg of weight.

Visually they are a piece of art and compliment the other interior carbon fibre superbly.

The only downside to them is that they were something like £10k cost option.

You don't mention ingress or egress as an issue with the high fixed carbon shoulder pads of the senna seats so I presume you are still a nimble athletic gymnast unlike most owners.

TBH I love the senna seats but just could not live with the getting in and out once a week even with the seat slid fully back and I'm an athletic 5'9" 75kg 40 yr old daily gym goer

Interesting that they told you cars were selling at an “alarming rate”, not sure if that really means that they are alarmed by the lack of sales !!.

You mentioned in your earlier post of the Napier car being for sale for sometime and having been offered it a while back a £135k, What with all the talk of a number of pcp cars appearing soon I’m wondering whether a summer with the 600lt might end with taking a very cold bath.

Take the talk of the PCP'd cars with a pinch of salt, it's been massively blown out of proportion. You are not talking about hundreds or even dozens of cars, it was literally the last cars off the line, most ordered as stock cars by dealers, nearly all were coupes as well with a few Spiders. Most were also in 2019 so most have finished now, there were very, very few new 600LT's from the summer of 2020......so don't listen to the people telling you that a glut of cars are going to be hitting the market. I'm on a 600LT owners Whatsapp group and can tell you that because of the stronger than expected residuals, a large number of people have either extended their agreements or bought them outright given what they are currently worth, so thats even fewer cars coming to market.........

They certainly add theatre to the interior. They arent particularly comfortable but they arent uncomfortable either, Ive done many multi hour drives without complaint.

As I mentioned, I 'guessed' it was the offer cars.

Either way, 5 for sale at one place today.

They may sell by the weekend, or they may take months.

They way they were speaking, they are not expecting them to be there long.

If you see the spec you like, best going for it rather than holding off incase prices drop.

Fairplay but not sure how a fat person and slim seats work.

They look beautiful but less so with a fat person wedged in them .
Do you get winched out ?

Do you mean your comfort seats are hard to adjust?

Mines are all electric adjustment and the car has the comfort entry option for when the comfort seats are in place so they retract fully back when ignition switched off.
Last year whilst in Germany I had my seat module fail but luckily it failed when the seat was in my driving position…had it done so with the seat in the far back comfort entry position I’d have been stranded …seems a silly functionality unless there’s some manual override I’m not aware of?
Yup; lucky that failed in the driving position.

I thought all the macs with comfort entry had the option in the menu to switch it off so seat did not retract when engine switched off?

Yeah I didn't realise you could turn it off at the time but have since disabled it...im not that tall so can still get in fine without the comfort entry.

Nope, I hop out, no issues. Maybe you'd struggle less with a cushion. They are quite deep sided.

Quality, especially the… “I'm an athletic 5'9" 75kg 40 yr old daily gym goer”.

That’s peak pistonheads grindr talk.

Even after taking athleticism into account, I still maintain senna seats over any other seat for the latest LT cars.
