Spec looks decent - lightest wheels, 12 speaker audio, extended paddles/carbon, lift. Can't spot any obvious issues in the pics. Colour scheme is personal, not my choice but some people love white.Worth knowing that 570GTs up to 2018 have steel brake discs, 2018-on are ceramics, whereas all 570S are ceramic and all 540C steel. Steel could be considered the safer option tbh.

I sold my white 12C well above market value because the buyer wanted white (as I did too). A white car with choice carbon and the best wheels looks spot on. I didn't say a white McLaren doesn't look good. Thats subjective.But in the main, it's a poor colour choice for resale purposes, McLaren's are probably the most colour sensitive marque out there....

Your experience is one car. The amount of cheap McLarens that are white says another.Did I say to not buy it if you like it? Did I say buy a colour you don't like? No.
I simply stated that there is a direct correlation between white cars being the cheapest, because more people do not like them, than do.
The two cheapest 675LT's on PH are white.......
They guy looking at the white 570GT, that white car is the cheapest 570GT on PH. And of the 7 cheapest available, 4 are white......

Sarnie is not wrong, look at any Mclaren model advertised and all the cheapest are recession white or black. Its been discussed many many times on here, the coloured cars always sell for a premium and quicker, its well documented in this very thread from when Sam was buying. One of the best things with Mclarens is they simply offer the best colours by miles.No one is saying dont buy white, if you like it thats all that matters, but factually it is not popular and will affect your resale.
The reason why White cars exist is because people ordered them in the first place. Surely it's good news for the buyers that like white cars or aren't too bothered about neutral colours because they get the same experience but pay less for it. It's just like the bucket seat debate, people have preferences and it's all subjective so there's no "better" or worse options

Aston made a load of black and white Vanquish's. They're over £10k less than versions with proper colours. The reason a lot of white cars exist from that period was fashion at that time and factories making cars that customers didn't spec. It shows in residuals on a lot brands.

But its very obvious the market place for 2nd white Mclarens is extremely limited, what original owners specced is neither here nor there when it comes to the 2nd hand market, but your right it is great news if you like white, theres a load to choose from across the range, but it will take time to sell, id say thats good advise to potentialy interested parties.A debate over colours hey, people buy the colour they want, makes them happy, that is how it should be.

Myself personally I'd never buy a white or black supercar, I like bright metallic colours.
