It didn't sell on CC, so most likely that the buyer didn't pay their fees(its one good thing about CC when you can ID the seller), buyer must be a trader to buy it serviced and list it? The car is down in Cornwall not Exeter.

Could CC go after the buyer or seller in this case to try to get their commission?

not if the sale wasn't through the platform. I'm surprised the seller thinks its a 127k car with no warranty and a 'oil service'. Itd also be good to know what it was in the workshop for, for so long.
