Only negative is because Renault are giving them away (they sold 20 last month), stock is not expected until January frown

At that price I can wait!

it won't be an Intens; Dynamique Nav replaced both the Intens and Zen but the spec will be the same as an Intens.

If you think that is bad, the referring company Carwow offered a full free tank of fuel laugh

Honestly I have no idea what the difference is.. neither did the dealer but at that price I'm not worried, care to enlighten me?

I saw this on FB tonight and wondered if anyone could confirm whether it was true? I was given a delivery date of January!

As far as I'm aware there is no issue with defective parts, it's just that with the current offers, ZOE has been a runaway success and UK build slots were all full so we have to wait for new build slots, I've not seen or read anything to suggest a brake pipe problem.

Same here, nothing has been reported to us about any issues with ZOE other than just not enough build slots.

Also, the Q4 offer is now £995 customer deposit and £89pm over 24m @ 3.9% APR. Plus battery hire obviously!

I got offered 199 deposit, 99 for car and battery at 80 a month for 7500 a year over 2 years. About 15 quid a month more than it was last week!

Need to see if it is much cheaper on 3 year deal.

That's facebook for you and it was on the fan page that was recommended on here.. can't trust anything there!

Worse than the previous deals.. they must have realised they are starting to get main stream approval biggrin

Why would you want to wait 3 years before changing? Heaven knows what advances will be here in another 3 years.

That's still a decent deal. I don't understand why Nissan/Renualt just don't lower the list price and get rid of the whole 'dealer contribution' rubbish. A direct sales model like Tesla would be much better for the consumer - Though not necessarily for the dealers.

You say that but how much have we come on in the last 3 years? Leaf has a bit more range, Zoe launched but pretty much as it was at launch? Still get a twizzy? I3 launched but is it a big improvement over the leaf and zoe apart from the style perhaps? Similar range, similar "issues".

Anyway, apparently they are not doing 3 year deals only 2, so it is immaterial.

To me all the manufacturers were testing the water. Now they've got a constant stream of orders coming in they are improving the models to meet demand. The i3 got range extender, the Leaf gets a bigger battery, Zoe gets a new motor, Tesla goes X-Type etc..

I think we are just starting to see the beginning in a huge push in EV evolution if it is to replace the fossil fuel car in the future. Already a couple of people have decided they want out of the PCP deal too, and having to pay your way out of a 2 year deal is a lot better than a 3 or more year deal!

On the flipside; the EV government grant will be lapsed in January.. that means buying an EV just cost £5k more.. unless I read that incorrectly.

i3 Rex was avaliable from the start. Nissan has made no attempts to hide the fact more range is coming for less money, the Model X was announced a few years ago - but only just made it to production.

The PCP deals have the same termination rules as any other car. The only reason they seem expensive to terminate is because the deals are so cheap in comparison!!

Another £500 million has been pledged for a new EV grant after the current one ends, the change will be only 'proper' all battery EVs like the Leaf/Tesla will benefit. PHEVs like the Mitibushi and Golf GTE excluded.

Good point, that's why I won't buy a new phone, TV, camera, etc ever.

Interested in a Zoe, but the best my local dealer can do is £995 deposit, car £113 battery £80 (£193) over 2 years at 8K a year. Anyone seen any better deals.

That's still pretty cheap, but the best deals have gone at the moment. By all account Renault have sold more than they can make, parent-in laws delivery date is now late Jan, that's a 4 month back order list.

Still I suspect come March 2016 the deals will be back.
