Context was on squeezing more miles of it as I am being told it is the way I drive as opposed to the miles car can do. Been doing it at un practical level now. I am done with it though.
It has made be better driver as I use less brakes and anticipate traffic.
Glad my post was found amusing.

My driving has improved a lot due to this car.

I do not use any brakes at all during my journey. Not once unless I have to park the car.
I don't believe this. I have the same car. The regen is not that strong to enable one pedal driving.

That's not the topic here though. But just to add to it, I have been using Eco mode so no regen at all. I let it decay if I see red light and by the time I get there it becomes green. It is very doable.
I started to touch 34mpg on another car where I could usually do 24mpg on that.

My C350e has turned me into something of a hypermiler, sad to confess. Then again, I was somewhat staggered at just how economical an old Lancia Thema I used to have was when we had the fuel shortage some years back. Who’d have thunk that driving like every junction is the Christmas tree at a drag strip is bad for economy??
