I don't like the look of it at all, and would prefer black! When I ordered the car back in February they were all black.
It looks like the configurator is now updated so you can deselect the iperformance styling. However it looks like I now have no option but to have blue because the order has already been placed :-(
The upside is that after placing my order in February the car is now in production :-)
Even if you do end up with the with the blue grille is really easy to change. Have a look at my post form a couple of days ago. 30 min job, very easy. I don't like the look of it at all, and would prefer black! When I ordered the car back in February they were all black.

Enjoying it thoroughly. Drove around 5500km just in 40 days. Way more than i usually did. However, one thing has been bugging me since beginning. When the ac compressor is running in pure electric mode is it normal for it to sound like a plastic catching something while turning? Mine keeps making a clacking sound.
Also the engine sounds like a cheap diesel.

BMW live chat have just told me.
"The BMW 330e M Sport has its kidney grills with BMW i blue design."
"iPerformance exterior styling deletion
Included as standard, this suppresses exterior features of:
- BMW i Blue surround to the BMW badge in the alloy wheel centre cap
- Kidney Grilles with BMW i Blue design."

Downloaded the app so will be interesting to see trip statistics after today.
Going to leave it in eco pro and auto e drive as covering about 300 miles today
Use the sat nav it plans the route and put you in the right mode for motorway and towns iv found it gives you a better MPG Going to leave it in eco pro and auto e drive as covering about 300 miles today
Thought I would share my test drive yesterday, decided to drive to Whitby as it would give me a mixture of motorway and A roads.
Had 3 adults,2 kids and a dog in the car which is not normally my daily trips.
Charged the car up night before and started the journey in auto e drive and eco pro.
Through 30mph areas the car drove in electric, once I got onto the A1 I stayed between 75-80 but mainly 75.
Driving to Whitby you can't really go above the speed limits as there too many people out on the roads but I had a few occasions to unleash the power and overtook about 5 cars in one go,bloody hell the car is very quick.
Car handles very well, brakes are pretty decent. Interior is lovely, comfortable and a nice place to be. Don't like the instrument cluster as it feels very outdated compared to the likes of audi but I'm nit picking. HK stereo is a must as the sound clarity is amazing.
Central arm rest storage is pathetic tbh and in general there isn't many places to keep work related stuff like passes and charging cables etc.
Love the head up display but don't love the £800 extra for it.
Way out to Whitby with full charge averaged 45mpg,way back with no charge I averaged 43.4mpg.
If I can achieve this on a run of 240 mile round trip then I know I'll be ok for work as long as I don't go above 80mph plus I've only charged it once.
Overall very happy with the car but annoyed with the bmw options,£45 for a sliding armrest! £255 for split rear seats? Come on bmw these should be standard options.

I know this might seam a bit premature, but has anyone got snow socks for their 330e yet?
1, Are they easy to fit on the 330e? On my current 320d they are easy to fit, however I know some BMW's can be a real pain as the tyres fill the arch.
2, Looking on the Autosock website it says I need size 695 (255/40/18) however then when you look at their labels on the actual bags it doesn't say it covers that wheel size ??!?!
Thanks

Anyone have the interior comfort pack? My dealer mailed me to say it had changed and now includes the heated steering wheel - I mean, who needs that (in saying that, I'm quite looking forward to it!)
This is what it says on my configuration details (generated at the end of August):Package components; Interior comfort package
- Seat heating, front
- Split-folding rear seats
- Steering wheel heating
- Armrest, front with sliding adjustment
£ 630.00
(That was on a Sport model by the way.)

I have the interior comfort pack - I really only wanted the heated seats and split folding rear seats but as the interior comfort pack was only a few quid more I went with the pack. I am sure that the heated steering wheel will be nice in December!

Likewise, on my lease it made more sense to have the kit than split fold and heated seats on their own. Nice added bonus getting this but pretty sure I'll never use it!I have the interior comfort pack - I really only wanted the heated seats and split folding rear seats but as the interior comfort pack was only a few quid more I went with the pack.
