Internet streaming in car I haven't tried, but 'hooking up the phone' is clearly not what most sane people want to do.
Your disconnect from reality and modern technology continues to astound.

It is exact what everybody wants to do!

Yep, balls to the environment if the patriarchy might benefit. Keep them in their V8's!
If governments give these incentives to the rich, then less tax is collected.

Where do you think the USA donations to preserve the Amazon rainforest comes from...

What are you talking about?

Why would people go on their phone to receive radio?

The only people who think Dab or other radio incar is inferior than via a phone connection is people who think technology works perfectly everytime, phone signal is perfect, and that Bluetooth works perfectly every time and so on.

Ie no one but you.

If radio is built in, it's simple hardware and ultra reliable.

What car doesn’t have radio built in?

Why are you asking me.

The debate started off from bmw claiming no dab in testla and others on here saying these things are not needed due to phones.

So if you want to start another question then don't ask me smile

Got to agree with him on this one. Despite having an Apple Music subscription I'm much happier using the integrated Spotify premium for music streaming and only connect my phone for calls. Using phones in car is not only crap but likely to lead to getting pulled for lack of attention. The 15" touchscreen in the car is far better for doing things on the move than fiddling with a phone IMHO.

4th largest car firm in the world now appears to be completed.

But Tesla think they can take on everyone by themselve even when Tesla r&d budgets are going to be smaller than the average

Really? I thought it had tunein which made it redundant so never bothered looking at the radio.

Why does it have DAB if there's tunein.

It has both as per my pic above. Tunein doesn't offer all channels and is dependent on data streaming availability.

They're ahead of every other company in software, which is where a competitive advantage is.

Luckily tesla are only targeting 2% to 2.5% of new car sales by 2025. Even that is very bullish. Not that I wuold expect TSLAQ to have any clue as to the actual strategy. Maybe we should start another thread called 'Tesla unlikely to be largest car maker' just for hypen.
