Looking at these as we are looking at buying a used Nissan Leaf. Pricing seems to vary quite a lot but, that said, I understand that the units, wiring, installation, VAT etc. all have a cost. I like the eo chargers as they are quite small compared to others which look very bulky.

How much did you pay for your charger (whatever the make)? Also, did you need a new mini consumer unit? We will need one as there is no space to attach the charger.

I have an EO mini - it was £210 due to needing a 20m cable run and earth spike this was with the OLEV grant though.

Mine was £49- after grant, and £50 rebate as they had a fit in 10 days promise that they couldn’t make.

no extra consumer unit, earth spike and 5m run. They even moved an external socket- good service.

I've got a rolec charger - chosen partly based on price and partly because it looks like a fairly normal outdoor socket rather than some of the very odd designs on a lot of the chargers. Mine was £150 after the grant as I wanted it to be tether and I also paid extra for a meter on the unit so I can track exactly how much power the car is using.
