Mine's ready to go, but I've got no charge point! Installation is proving tricky and expensive.
How come? No off street parking?I wouldn't want to rely on a 13A socket on a permanent basis!
Well my car has arrived. Very good service from FP. Never even heard of them till this thread so thanks to the OP!!!
Arrived on a transporter and was fully charged on delivery.
Will have to have a few proper drives but initial thoughts are its a lot of fun to drive. The interior is not quite the same quality of high end Audi or Porsche etc. Very quiet to drive, quite relaxing. High regen, for me, is way too aggressive and almost dangerous on the motorway as if you lift off at 70 it will slow to 50 very very quickly.
Performance is, like most EVs, amusing.
The 18 inch wheels actually look ok (IMHO!) and the ride is good.

At £64,000, I would expect slightly higher quality of plastics and carpet etc.
Not that I care, its was just an observation as someone who has come out of another "bottom of the range" Porsche Macan, the Macan wipes the floor with it interior wise and was £15,000 cheaper.
That said, the I pace is better than a Tesla which is more expensive again.
But what do I know...

I agree. At that price point I would expect interiors to be broadly the same in terms of refinement. We're not talking about Rolls Royces with cow hide that has never been touched by a mosquito, the materials used at this level are not hard or expensive to manufacture. Not that I care, its was just an observation as someone who has come out of another "bottom of the range" Porsche Macan, the Macan wipes the floor with it interior wise and was £15,000 cheaper.

This is a picture from a few days ago of mine.
I've been away in France so can't comment on driving the car yet. However, my wife is happy with the car and the acceleration.
The wheel arch gap looks comically bad. If I was my car long term, I would use the stock alloys for winter tyres, and then put some more reasonably sized alloys for summer use. But aesthetics aside, it seems a decent car to use for 18 months.

Bit of an aside, but I enquired about getting a second charging point at my home. I thought just for future use it might be good to have a higher powered charger on each side of the house.
I was told by the installer, I would need to contact our electricity company to ensure the supply to the house was sufficient.
The electric company sent an engineer the other day. Their first observation is that the electric meter needed to be upgraded as they said it couldn't handle the amperage. They did this upgrade for free.
They also said we needed the main fuse upgraded from 60amp to 100 amp. This is going to cost £200, which isn't too bad. Once this work has been completed, we can schedule the second charger to be installed, while the grant is still available.

Well, in fairness it is an SUV!Yes, it has the batteries in the floorpan, so the overall roof height is a few cms higher than a regular hatchback. But it is only a few cms.
I like the wheels. I had fully intended to buy some larger ones on delivery but now having lived with it for a week its grown on me.
13a charging is going ok for us, only doing low mileage. It just sits there minding its own business.
Eddy, I think your car was on the same transporter as mine. MV19?

I did 100 miles and it went from 290 to 140. Not exactly driving like miss daisy... Not sure how that compares, now its basically just staying on mains most of the day so its always full. I know this is not the exact best for the battery but its not my car and I want the battery to always be full and ready to go.
