All of it. You can sometimes end up pressing the same button twice thinking it did not register your first, then as you go to press the screen again it loads the next page and you end up pressing something else and landing on a 3rd page or changing a setting or something. Don't get me wrong its not bad, but its not brilliant.

Been playing around with it some more this evening. It still seems absolutely fine to me so far. numtumfutunch said:

EVezy have just announced that they will be getting the iPace soon for hire.
£799 a month for 1000 miles including a polar plus subscription, insurance, maintenance etc. On a rolling monthly hire with 10 day cancellation after the first month.
Why would you even bother posting a st deal like that?£799 a month for 1000 miles including a polar plus subscription, insurance, maintenance etc. On a rolling monthly hire with 10 day cancellation after the first month.
Oh, hang on...........
What's the situation with getting the car updated as a FP/Williams customer when you live 200 miles away? I'm completely confused by different points of view on the software updates and whether a local dealer is expected to install them FOC? It seems that although some minor OTA updates will install, in order to get the major updates to the InControl and BMS/Drive software it has to go to a dealer. If the car is running OK and there are no actual faults, can you still request an update to be done?

I'd just book the car into your local dealer. Generally speaking, the supplying dealer won't expect to see or hear from you again for service/warranty work if you live a long way away. Vorix said:

If it’s the same as other Jaguars you can only get the full dealer updates if you have problems. However, it’s not too hard to find a list of known issues (Try Jaguarforum.com) and pick a few that aren’t too easy to disprove.....

Not sure how others are getting on with their cars, but I'm seriously impressed with mine. All of the mundane car bits seem to be done very well. And it is more than a bit nippy when you are driving. I genuinely think Jaguar have done a great job with their first EV.
Agree. The main problem we have now is no idea what to replace it with in 18mo!red_slr said:

I'm starting to lay the groundwork with my wife that one of these might be good ownership prospect long term. And I never thought I would be saying that, particularly as I'd never felt any affinity before to the brand.craste said:

Lovely car, just wished they had bigger, easier to clean wheels on the S model.Witchfinder said:
Yeah, they REALLY want you to go for SE spec. It's evident in the rest of the stingy spec. A manual tailgate on a sixty-grand car?
Manual tailgate is one key feature missing as standard on the S model. Another is the lack of electric folding mirrors. Having said that, it does come as standard with some good safety kit - if reversing onto a road, it alerts the driver if a car is coming from either side. And it gives a similar warning to rear passengers if they are about to open their door into an oncoming cyclist or car.
It also includes as standard a parking assistant for those who need help parallel parking, as well as lane-keep assist. The standard Meridian hifi is good too, if given a good source.
So the overall standard version isn't too bad overall.
If I ever bought one 'properly' I would consider getting the 20" wheels, metallic paint, panoramic roof, radar cruise and possible the air suspension. It doesn't need much beyond that imo.
If I was having one with my own money:
- same colour
- black pack
- adaptive cruise
- 20” black wheels.
I agree the Meridian system with lossless is fantastic. Far better than H&K in a BMW for example.
Tried it yesterday with Polar and Instavolt chargers, pretty painless. I suspect the EH ones will be painful.
So far I am chuffed to bits with it.

The wheels are great as they are, quiet, help economy, improve the ride and less easily damaged. I just don't get the obsession with large wheels and thin tyres, just the motor industry charging more for less...
It's not the wheels - it's why are the arches so big?Even with larger wheels they fit lower profile tyres so the arch gaps are still the same
