One thing that did surprise me in the economy or lack of! 2.1 miles per Kw. its a very heavy car..
It's by far the least efficient EV on the market.

TBH I just couldn't get past the name no matter how good it is. Everyone is calling it the Audi Turd now, it's never going to shake that moniker.
2.1 is awful! That can't be a real reflection of normal commuting.

This is incorrect.

The deal is available to all business owners, as I myself have done so on a fleet on '1'.
Interesting... I've been fobbed off by VWFS this afternoon: "Unfortunately this offer would not be available to a fleet size of one. The company have to run a fleet of vehicles."

Who can I talk to?!?

I dealt with Ben Mills, fleetsme@vwfs.co.uk, tel: 01908 486225

My discussion were extremely clear, that this was the only vehicle which would be through the company, although the likelihood being that others would potentially be added at a later date. He had no issue with this, and I completed all the account forms, etc, etc.

The only stipulations I was aware of was that it needed to be a limited company (and the director may need to provide a PG), and that the director/company had no previous agreements in place with VWFS/Audi.

Thanks for this - I'll give Ben a call tomorrow.

Impressive charge speed from the Turd. If it wasn't so incredibly, mindbogglingly inefficient and wasteful it would actually be one of the fastest cars available, but even though it sustains 140kW up to about 80% the actual range added is dragged down.

Overall it adds range about as fast as a Hyundai Kona or Ioniq because of that. Somewhat competitive with the iPace and the Model X Raven.

Not sure if I'm honest. Give Ben a call on the number above, or drop him an email, and I'm sure he'll come back to you.

Spoken with Ben. Deal is only available if you have a ‘fleet’ and definitely no longer open to businesses with 1 car...

As I was close to buying an e-tron earlier this year, I'm still a member of a related FB group. This popped up - god knows if it's genuine or not - it may be of interest.

Sounds a bit dodgy, yes it could be Audi's competitors wanting some tips, but offering £200 for a sit down interview seems odd

I got something very similar a couple of weeks ago, asking about XEs...

Filed it in the bit-bucket, as it seemed really rather dodgy, somehow biggrin

The sportback coming early 2020 brings a few technical enhancements which in turn also increases the range. I asked Audi Uk when will the regular Etron get the same updates and was told they aren’t sure yet but probably for the next model year as in MY21. I find it strange they will produce the sportback and regular etron differently when they are on the same production line?

Yes, next years E-tron (non sportback) will get the same updates.

My cars is currently being shipped from Germany and due to land with me in around a week. I 'believe' certain elements of the updates will be available by download to current production models.
