Yep I've had that, as has a colleague. Just needs dropping in to a dealer.

Not that it makes any odds what fuel economy I achieve as I have a fuel card but mine seems to have returned 43mpg over the first 2,000 miles. So far really pleased with the car, apart from the tiny fuel tank.
Have you charged much in that time at all? what sort of driving was that?

Cheers

Drove it sensibly for first 1,000 miles keeping revs below 3k. Since then it’s pretty much always been in sport mode and I plug it in once a week when I’m in the office.

I see no point in plugging it in at home and using my own electricity when I have a fuel card which costs me a huge amount in tax already

That’s not bad at all.

I’m still in 2 minds. The 330 e is fantastically priced on out company car scheme at the moment, only the small boot is putting me off

If I can get 40mpg on a run from ICE then I stand a chance of making money on the fuel as I can claim 14p per mile. I can charge at home so that can cover my private miles.

Worst case I can get a roof box for when I need the boot space. Having sat in one at the dealers, it’s such a nice place to be with the gadgets around you!

I’m similar to Alex L in that I have fuel provided and rarely plug, unless I know I’m going to be doing a lot of short local miles.

My F30 330e Sport is just over 2.5 years old and has done 75k miles.

According to the trip (which has never been reset), I’ve averaged 41.3 mpg since I had the car delivered.

I’ve got a G20 330e M-Sport on order to replace the current car in June.

But too tight to pay for the MSport+ pack lol

Working out the cost of the main commute of 160ish miles with us currently running 51mpg seems to be showing a £2 "profit" on 14p per mile which covers the charging cost - the benefit to us seems to be the BIK saving and the ability to trundle about locally on nothing but electricity, so the worst MPG driving is now all e drive miles

If you want options you have to pay for them yourself, a bit pointless on a company car

Mine popped up the Brake Fluid error today. Service Overdue since 2001-12. I wonder what triggers it? Mileage would have been about 2500.

Mine's going in tomorrow to have this rectified. Everyone I know with a G20 330e has the same fault.

Discounted options via Lex on our scheme - adaptive suspension and the brakes are worth it alone imho, especially on what is now a heavy car.

All of our cars are through Alphabet and options have to be paid for upfront in cash.

I'm currently sat in Rybrook in Warwick having the software glitch fixed, apparently there's also a recall due too.

Recall for the glitch or for something else?

I don't drink coffee, which is lucky as it was out of order.

The recall was nothing mechanical but something to do with a sticker on the charging port. At least the annoying bong noise has gone every time I start the car, warning that my brake fluid was 19 years old.

Ah right, well that sticker can wait until the first service which won't be long at the rate we're clocking the miles up!

I've just put my request through for a replacement for my '66 plate 330e. Current car has done 62,000 so far. In winter I get around 9 miles out of a charge (driving carefully) and around 16 in summer. Overall MPG for that ownership has been 56.3 mpg; I do 90% motorway for work and then a large part of my weekend trips are only short so were done on electric only. Must admit, I am Captain Slow though and tend to drive for economy..

330e M Sport
EXTERIOR ; Portimao Blue
INTERIOR ; Oyster
TRIM; Aluminium Mesh Effect
Premium Pack
Technology Pack
Comfort Pack

Main things I'm hoping for are less rattles from the interior trim, longer electric range (of course) and more intelligence in when the car uses the electric so I don't have to micromanage the damn mode buttons all day long. The old car loves using up all the electric in a 50mph roadworks zone (when the ICE would be trundling happily along at 50mpg) and then going in bloody SAVE mode when we get to the local streets at the end of the journey giving me 8 mpg.

Great colour choice!

I’ve gone for the same exterior / interior colour combo, I think oyster looks great....
