Ford Mustang Mach-E
Discussion
They have struggled getting rid of the front radiator grille haven't they, it looks somewhat prolapsed.
The Mustang things are a mistake.
Mach E would have been fine and they should have made it complexly differently looking.
The specs from what I can see seem to be on point for the driving side. I think it might be a grower. Who knows though ...
might just be down to $$$$$$

I really dont mind the exec pointed at a tesla and said build that put a different body on it and call it done.
So many good features and there needs to be a better range of EVs out there.
but why the fek use the mustang name for it, shirly ford have something more appropriate or can make something new up

Well, they're going to have to go EV with the Mustang eventually if they plan to keep building it so maybe this helps people get used to the idea? Also suggests a sportiness another name might not have done?So many good features and there needs to be a better range of EVs out there.

I don't have an issue with it in much the same was as the Taycan Turbo doesn't bother me, but then I'm not in the Mustang demographic so what do I know..
I usually like Fords current day designs as far as relatively cheap commuter cars go, but this looks horrendous.
How do all the numbers add up compared to the Polestar? Looks very similar in body style but the Polestar is infinetely better looking imho.
It's only a matter of time, but the truth is that Tesla will always have its network on top of the general network, Tesla owners can use both.
As for the giant tablet in the center, I was hesitant at first but I think Tesla nailed it in terms of software integration. so many manufacturers get it so wrong for all the wrong reasons.

There are fewer individual chargers, but they are more widespread. There are three times as many CCS locations as Supercharger locations in the US, and seventeen times as many in in Europe!
Genuine question, are these all "fast" chargers? For example, on trips I think you'd want >100kw charging. It's only a matter of time, but the truth is that Tesla will always have its network on top of the general network, Tesla owners can use both.

Really? Totally subjective I know but I think it looks pretty good?
I agree, I think it looks great. It would suit us well as we will be looking for something with a bit more space than the i3 in the future. I'll have to wait and see what the cheapest model comes in at though as it looks like it might be a bit too pricey.Daaaveee said:

Interesting, pack sizes are 75 or 99kwh. Pretty large for the vehicle size.
Pushing for that 300 mile range I'd assume.Does like pricey though, first edition is nearly £60k. Pretty clear why they've used the Mustang brand at those prices as in the UK at least I think they'd struggle if it was badged as a standard Ford.

Agreed, that blue with the black "grille" looks a lot better than the red one from the OP. I do think the "in between" cars like this in terms of height (polestar, ipace) are much better looking than their suv counterparts. To me that's a good development.
Oh, I forgot about the 5GT there for a sec
