Thats a shame you didn't get mats included Sargeant Orange, I got them included with my N-Connecta lease from Marshall Nissan Lincoln 4 weeks ago.

My N-connecta was delivered this morning (ordered via James at EVC on 22nd Jan).

Wasn't best pleased it comes without mats (the driver had tried his best but it still had mud in the carpet already). James said the dealer categorically will not supply them. Would have been nice to know that prior to delivery really mad
If it helps you can get a genuine set of Leaf Mats for £23.49 on Amazon?

Cheers for that. I ordered some non oem ones this morning from the bay for a tenner, that extra £13.49 would have eaten into my EV savings too much for my liking laugh

Mine arrived today. Really impressed. Nice smooth drive and nice impressive cabin.
Nissan connect app, argh. Managed to connect to WiFi first time but never since and downloaded the app managed to get so far but only 10/32 services activated. Only a couple of hours though.

Congrats! Give the app a bit longer, mine took a few days to get all the services activated. The most important question though, did you get mats? wink

No mats for me. Glad I got the heads up and some eBay specials heading my way for £15. If no good I’ll get the oem ones from amazon.

I think the genuine ones for that price are for the older LEAF, there are some pretty good ones for that price though.
I wonder if the Tekna from Nissan Peterborough will come with mats?
Anyone else know?

Apparently electric cars are just the best thing in the world.
Just called up LV to change my Touareg (2006 worth £3k on a good day) over to the Leaf (brand new and worth £30k) and they're giving me a refund of £75!

Utter madness.. Apparently it's because it's electric whereas my Toerag is a 3.0.

From memory:
App is NissanConnect Services (1.5* rating on play store)
It wouldn't let me register on the app, so I had to register here: https://www.nissan.co.uk/ownership/you-plus.html
I didn't get the authentication email so had to contact Nissan who sorted it, could then log in to the app (not straight away though)
Then you have to make sure you are connected to the car by bluetooth, then you can pair the app and the car with the vin and code you get from the car
Then you wait for the app services to activate (it says between 15mins and 4 hours but i'm on 28/32 after 3 days)

I've probably missed something but hope it helps. Try not to get too angry

Had a bit of a nightmare with the windscreen steaming up this morning, tried all kinds of settings but the top part just wouldn't shift. I know the rain was torrential at the time so dragging in wet clothes and shoes wouldn't help but never had an issue on other cars. Doesn't effect driving but does effect the dashcam view.

Also keep forgetting to stick it in park before turning the engine off!

Seems I was downloading the wrong app. No idea why Nissan need 4 different connected apps.
Hopefully the car arrives soon so I can crack on with it as I was hoping to get it going without having the car present.

Yes these do steam up, best to stick heat on with AC and it should shift in a few minutes

Considering you can buy these new for around £22k now they seem to be a real bargain.

Must be hell on the residuals though for companies that bought them to lease at £32k.
