Replacing my i3, with ??

I had an email through from a dealer (Inchcape, but others are doing it if you search) and they’re offering an i3 at 339 a month on a 339 deposit. Don’t know the wider terms though.
4 year 8k miles per year. https://www.inchcape.co.uk/new-cars/offers/bmw-i3-...We had ours for 12 months via Onto. £399 with no commitment past 1 month, no upfront, 12k miles per year and insurance, maintenance and public charging lncluded.
Now £469 but could still be worth considering? https://on.to/electric-cars/bmw-i3-120
Right, after a couple of days of phonecalls and clarifying the rules that to qualify for the corp tax benefit I can indeed buy a new or "ex-demonstrator" car which obviously opens up the world of pre-registered.
The current favourites are a dark metallic blue with plus pack (HK audio, privacy glass and 20" wheels) with the nice team interior with wood detail.
Or a white car with plus pack and parking pack, but the doom grey interior with silver highlights.
We really don't like the blue but I have a mate who could wrap it reasonably, the white we actually do think looks good on the i3 while we wouldn't entertain it on anything else.
White car has a couple of thousand on it while the blue has about 900. Both 70 plates, white december 2020 while blue Jan 2021.(£25.5k)
Blue car is a grand more expensive. (£26.5k)
To be honest I think the grey interior is probably better off for the kids who will travel in the car but I do know how much nicer a car seems when it has a lovely light interior.

Having gone from an i3 with the light interior to one with the dark interior, i think the light interior is both nicer, suits the car better, but also actually shows dirt less! (with perhaps the exception of the steering wheel, but that's easy to give a wipe over with some cleaner now and then)
My first thought when seeing the white steering wheel was Christ the fake tan/make up is going to weld itself to that!
Then I remembered it’s the wife’s car and I won’t be driving it much badabum tish.
I think the problem with the white seats will realistically be more concerned with the rear seats and the kids shoes as they’re in booster seats.

Deposit paid with the balance tomorrow morning
i3S in Imola Red. Has the light interior as advised on here, which we really wanted and also front and rear parking. Hopefully being transported to us in the next few days and stupidly excited!

The red ones are deffinitely the fastest ones.... ;-)Going to test drive a one of these tomorrow.
Mixed feelings as this may be replacing the Boxster. I suspect jumping from one to the other I may notice a difference.
They have an unregistered i3 with Suite interior, plus package, Dark Truffle Vernasca leather and comfort pkg, which I think is standard - in imperial blue.
Any tips when viewing, or just try to enjoy?

If you haven't driven an electric car before I think you will be genuinely surprised by how good the i3 is . Mixed feelings as this may be replacing the Boxster. I suspect jumping from one to the other I may notice a difference.

It's a quirky thing in many ways. So have an open mind - all depends on how you want to use it going forward.Mixed feelings as this may be replacing the Boxster. I suspect jumping from one to the other I may notice a difference.

If you are one of those modern drivers who just hurl the controls around with gay abandon (or any other kind of abandon really :-) you will hate the i3.
But slow and smooth your inputs, pour the car into the bends, slowly transition from accelerator to brake and back (ideally don't use the brakes at all) and you might even be a little bit surprised at the grip and turn in the i3 generates

The red ones are deffinitely the fastest ones.... ;-)My wife has been driving alfa's for over a decade now. I tried to warm her to an i3 years ago but she just wouldn't take it serious because of the looks.
I think the current one has improved on it, but I'm pretty sure she won't be having it. Other than that the car would be perfect for her, and I'm sure if I got her in one for a test drive she'll love it.
So I think I'm going to try some blindfolded test drive with her . Any other tips?

Very impressed. Surprisingly nippy, quiet and comfortable for a small car.
Looks like I may be joining the gang.
There is quite literally one objectively bad thing about the i3 and that is the price, otherwise it is one the best small(ish) cars ever made. Weirdly, it somewhat reminds me of an original mini, a rather boisterous little car that came together to make something that was much greater than the sum of it's (rather humdrum) parts!Looks like I may be joining the gang.
It is probably the (modern) car that is most loved by it's owners ime
