Discussion
Hi All,
I have a Seat MII electric arriving this month from StoneAcre ordered in April . Seat StoneAcre did not include the Variable Boot floor (Easy Flex) in my order . Anyone here have that option ? Can you please share the part number and does anyone know if it can be easily retro fitted
Thank you

The kit was available from Skoda as Part No 1ST061261 (Skoda Citigo False Floor Kit)….I’d just ask the Skoda or Seat dealer for the Kit. Plenty of people have retro fitted them but best check with the dealer incase the electric version is any different.I have a Seat MII electric arriving this month from StoneAcre ordered in April . Parts used to be
Left side mount bracket was F1S0858831F82V
Right side F1S0858832F82V

Bolts FN 91026802 (6 needed)
Hope that helps.
While I don’t really use public charging points (never did in five years of leaf ownership) I still like to know that it works, just in case.
So if other Mii electric owners can tell me what I’m doing wrong, I’d really appreciate it.
I’ve tried twice to charge via GeniePoint chargers at two different Morrison’s using the high speed charger. I plug it in, select the charge point in the app, which I’ve registered with and added £10 credit. Click start on the app and.... nothing. The kw figure doesn’t move and when I disconnect, nothing has been added and I have been charged nothing.
What am I/haven’t I pressed to make it work? I’ve tried pressing that plug marked button on the centre console, but this appears to have no effect.

Just pulled the trigger on a Seat Mii for £150 per month from Stoneacre for 3 years how are you finding it?
I do 16 miles each way to work, and if I dont change my car will have ti pay the £12.50 Ulez from Octoberhave work place charging posts from BP Pulse.
Also thete are cgarging points near me at Bluewater shopping center that are shiwing as free to use.
Debating if I need a home charger, PodPoint comes out at £449 without a cable but do I really need 1?

I'm debating the home charger too, I have the VW E-UP and do 12 mile round trip commute daily, I just charge on the granny charger for 6 hours at the weekend and it's good enough for the next week, I'm usually left with around 100 miles of range left on Friday night
I usually get about 7-9 KWh/m

Honestly I wouldn’t bother. We ran a Leaf and a Soul for three years each using a brick charger for every single charge bar a couple at the Nissan dealer and it worked fine. I’ve now fitted a 32a commando socket for our Tesla but rarely use it, most home charging is from a Screwfix brick charger because it’s got a 10m lead.I usually get about 7-9 KWh/m
Leave them ticking over overnight fed 10 amps or so from a decent quality 13a socket and it’s all they need unless you have a long journey planned.
A big reason for getting one is that the grants keep getting reduced and will go away eventually. You just need a car that can use it (or an order for one) to get it.
I didn’t really need one (certainly not a 32A one) when we got a Golf GTE years ago but it was £150 after grant so worth doing.

Seems to be a lot of hoops to jump through getting a charger fitted too - smart meter installation, unlooping the main supply and main fuse upgrades etc.
I have a good quality socket (MK masterseal) on it's own single radial circuit protected up by it's own rcbo so there are no issues there.
