Seems very good value for money in comparison if you want straight line performance and actually using it rather than sticking it in a garage smile
it has also lapped laguna seca faster than a P1, which aint bad for 3 tonne 5 seat family daily driver

The cringe level really is off the charts isn't it? Fabulous drivetrain but just too big and heavy to enjoy on the road, especially in the UK.

I had an S as a loan car, it was no worse sizewise than an RS6 or the Eclass estate i had for 5 months

None of the cars mentioned here are really enjoyable on the road.
They are all just too ridiculously quick. Even a modern 911 isn't enjoyable on the road imho. Too much grip, too much assistance, most of them auto boxes and 4wd.

The "roller coaster" effect of a swift EV is great, but for "enjoying on the road" I wouldn't look at an Italian V8 either. They are all way to competent these days to enjoy on the road.
