My BMW app error

My BMW app failed to record last night's charge.
The usual iPhone notifications were okay, but after unplugging and the app updating the session isn't showing.
Unplugged at 07.20 and driven to work; currently 96% SOC.





I'm new to this - is this a common occurrence? Anything I can do to ensure it doesn't happen again?

It will update and show on the app but it is not always immediate. Probably just down to server work and connections or such problems.

Someone said similar on FB and lo and behold, it's now populated.
