Source London - anyone else suffering the pain this morning?

So it appears that Source London has been bought or merged, and consequently has to update a load of its Ts&Cs.

They have given all of their customers one day (today, from midnight to midnight) to complete this, or their accounts will be deactivated.

And upon trying earlier, it wouldn't accept my payment details. A quick check on Twitter shows dozens of others suffering the same issue already this morning.

Bit of a reality check of the state of EV infrastructure providers.

Blimey what a sh!t show.
So glad I got work place charging. More companies need to invest in this if the have staff parking. Iirc they can claim money off the Goverment to install it.

Indeed.

I don't commute by car (I'm a Tuber or cyclist), and charge the car at home. It's just nice to have the option to charge on the rare occasions that I'm driving in town, and (selfishly) it often means I can park places that would otherwise be tricky.
