Or wait for the Citroen Ami which is coming to the UK this year.
Also a quadracycle.
Thought they looked quite novel until I saw the new Fifth Gear test of them, where it went up on two wheels and nearly toppled over going around a hairpin bend. For fun, I expect the Twizy is the standout winner, unless your idea of fun is hanging upside down biggrin
There is that.
But projected costs of £6k - could be very popular in cities. The 28mph top speed would mean they’re useless anywhere else.
Cute though.

I was rather keen to import but the OH said no (we dont have enough parking for another car) no twizy listed right now, although I think the numbers of cars available is right down anyway - which may be due to xmas/new year?

Someone on the barge thread recommended goonet as a portal into the japanese market - worth a browse anyway just for the bizarre cars.

Cool, I’ll keep an eye out! There’s one on AutoTrader for £5750 at the moment which claims to be battery owned which doesn’t sound like terrible value in the current market

Ami seems like better value as long as it launches at the sub £7k we’re hoping for, though the 28mph thing is obviously an issue biggrin

Very true that prices at the moment are silly.

When I last looked there were 3 twizys all looked imaculate and low miles and very attractive pricing.

The ami looks interesting but agreed 28mph is a show stopper. until we know what the possibilities are with jailbreaking/whatever.
