Leased Niro-EV - guidance maintained or not?

I'm an absolute EV newbie but have been researching for a while. I'm close to committing to a 48 month of a new Niro EV. Cost of all-in maintenance, servicing, tyres over the term is ~£1200. I've heard people saying it's not worth it for EVs but would appreciate input from those more knowledgeable.

What is your mileage and how heavy are you in tyres?
From experience these add ons are rarely good value for the customer and you’d be better off just putting away a bit for any servicing or tyres.
Also in case you aren’t aware the refresh Niro is just out with a much nicer interior and facelift exterior, it’s worth making sure you get on of those rather than last of the line of the blander slightly frumpy previous iteration.

Well, after a quick bit of research it would appear to be the case that the car will need to be serviced every 12 months regardless of mileage in order to keep the 7 year warranty valid.
I'd be finding out exactly what they expect to charge for 3 or 4 services over you period of ownership, and then based on your mileage add on the cost of a new set of tyres every 20k miles or so and see where you get to cost wise.

First couple of services are very cheap I understand, but there's a bigger one where they change the battery coolant fluid which is a bit pricey. Then it's back to two years of cheap. I got three years "free" bunged in so don't have actual figures.
I've nearly worn out the front tires at 17k, the rears are fine and I expect they'll get closer to 30k. Even driving gently it seems to chew the fronts a bit more than I expected. Top quality new tires are about £130 a corner.
